| * Job Context: * We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead one of our dyed yarn (cone & hanks) sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in yarn dyeing, garment washing, export-oriented marketing, and sales, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both local and international buyers. * Job Responsibilities: * • Lead marketing and sales of dyed yarn (Cone & Hanks) in both local and export markets. * • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans based on market analysis * • Manage relationships with international buyers, agents, and liaison offices. * • Oversee export documentation, LC collection, bank maturity, and payment follow-up. * • Handle customer claims, complaints, and ensure satisfaction. * • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. * • Supervise the daily delivery, stock, and debtor position reporting. * • Coordinate with production and development teams for product specifications. * • Drive direct yarn exports and develop new markets. * • Provide leadership to junior team members and drive performance. |
