| * Plan, coordinate, and oversee all dyeing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. * Develop and implement dyeing recipes and processes to achieve desired colors and quality standards. * Develop and implement dyeing recipes and processes to achieve desired colors and quality standards. * Develop and execute dyeing production upto 20 ton per day. * Update production planning time to time as per requirement. * Responsible for Lab dip, Recipe, Sample fabric follow up. * Strong Marketing for collection of Grey Fabric to execute 20 ton production per day. * Strong community skill to Convince Party and suppliers. |
