Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Call and follow up with leads to convert them into clients * Convince leads by clearly communicating the value of our services * Manage and monitor all activities on freelance marketplaces (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.) * Maintain accurate records of client communications and lead status * Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and calls in a timely and professional manner * Work closely with the sales and project team to align communication * Call cold and warm leads to explain services and close deals * Track, manage, and report lead conversion data and feedback * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication * Stay updated with Genesys services to confidently present them to potential clients |
