Job Responsibilities |
* Make outbound calls to potential students’ guardians and provide detailed information about Edu Poribar’s programs. * Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, events, and digital platforms. * Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving. * Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM or tracking sheets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align call strategies with ongoing campaigns. * Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and admissions. * Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and online campaigns. * Provide feedback and insights from calls to help improve sales strategies and educational offerings. * Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while representing Edu Poribar. * Continuously upgrade knowledge about Edu Poribar’s services and offerings. |
