Job Responsibilities |
* Major Job Responsibilities: * Manage the calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings. * Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. * Screen and manage incoming communications (calls, emails, etc.) and take appropriate action. * Prepare and organize documents and reports as required. * Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups. * Arrange visas, tickets, airport protocol, and accommodations for top management’s travel * Assist in the preparation of documents for approval. * Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. |

Additional Requirements |
1-2 years of working experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Discretion and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. |
