Job Responsibilities |
* We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – HR & Compliance. * The ideal candidate should have a solid background in both HR operations and compliance management within the garments or buying house industry. * Key Responsibilities: * Human Resources: * Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle processes. * Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data. * Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with Bangladesh Labor Law. * Facilitate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives. * Compliance: * Assist in ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, labor laws, and social audit standards (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP). * Maintain up-to-date documentation and records required for audits. * Support internal and external compliance audits, including CAP follow-up. * Promote and monitor workplace health, safety, and welfare initiatives. |
