Job Responsibilities |
* Provide administrative support to cross-functional teams, assisting with various department tasks. * Manage day-to-day office operations (supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination). * Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents. * Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions. * Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for management as needed. * Monitor office budgets, expenses, and assist in processing invoices and reimbursements. * Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops. * Support in maintaining company records, policies, and compliance documentation. * Liaise with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and communication. * Assist in reviewing, managing, and maintaining contracts, agreements, and legal documents. * Represent the company in external events, networking activities, and public relations initiatives. |
