| Age at least 25 years Proven experience as a Project Manager in design and development, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of web and app development processes, including UI/UX design. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and development languages is a plus. Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team effectively. |
