| * We are looking for an experienced manager for our Pan-Asian restaurant named Verte. * Key responsibilities will be; * Oversee and maintain food quality standards and cleanliness throughout all areas of restaurant operations. * Oversee inventory management and stock control while ensuring seamless coordination with front-of-house operations. * Strive to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction. * Oversee service standards and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. * Develop and oversee the restaurant’s budget and monitor expenses and revenue and ensure financial profitability. * Oversee maintenance requirements and ensure accurate and timely payroll management for restaurant staff. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. * Implement safety, health and satisfaction standards as per company policy * Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations. |
