| * Workplace : * Dinazpur Region ( Dinazpur, Nilphamary, Thakurgoan, Rangpur and Panchagar) * Cumilla Region (Cumilla, Laxmipur, Noakhali, B. Baria, Feni, Sitakundu) * Responsibilities: * Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets. * Managing, training and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territories. * Formulate strategies and promotional campaign to achieve the target. * Conduct frequent meeting with farmers and agriculture officers. * Build strong relationship with customers for sales and promotional activities. * Review the development status of new products and provide required inputs. * Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management * Any other job assigned by the Management. |
