Job Responsibilities |
* Strategic Sales Leadership: * Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company goals. * Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement through effective planning and execution. * Design and oversee territory-wise sales plans to maximize market coverage and penetration. * Evaluate and adjust strategies based on performance analytics and market dynamics. * Team Management & Leadership: * Lead, manage, and mentor regional and area sales teams across the country. * Conduct regular performance reviews and set individual KPIs. * Provide training and development programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. * Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and accountable sales culture. * Business Development & Market Expansion: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regions. * Expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks nationwide. * Develop key account management strategies for high-value clients. * Explore emerging markets and introduce new product lines. * Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and communication. * Oversee client retention programs and strategies to drive repeat business. * Act as a point of escalation for high-level client issues and negotiations. * Sales Operations & Reporting: * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance metrics. * Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership. * Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and delivery. * Optimize resource allocation, budgeting, and ROI analysis for sales initiatives. * Marketing & Promotion: * Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies. * Support brand positioning and awareness initiatives at the national level. * Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities. |
