| Job Responsibilities |
| * Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the facility management or B2B services industry. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. * Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms in line with company objectives. * Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction * Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities |
