| * Job Context * Bangladesh Police Kallyan Trust is searching for an experienced Business Development Officer to join BPKT team of high-performing professionals and keep BPKT’s financial growth as well as to develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination,cross-team communications and workflows. * Job Responsibilities * The key responsibilities of the position include supporting and delivering the functions of the companies under Bangladesh Police Kallyan Trust. * Assist MD/ Directors /accountant in financial reporting and analysis. * Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly financial statements and present auditor’s report. * Provide overall guidance and oversight to financial Management of the BPKT. * Plan and organize AGMs/EGMs/ Board meeting/Committee meeting. * Perform AGM/EGM/ Board meeting/Committee meeting related tasks such as circulating agenda and other documentation to stakeholders within required time frame as well as, produce accurate minutes of Board meetings, resolutions and handle communications and other matters flawlessly. * Act as a point of contact and build good relationship with Trustee Board/ Directors and other stakeholders /shareholders and to satisfy all sorts of queries. * Advise the Board and management committees on all statutory and regulatory requirements as and when required. * Intense knowledge of Company Laws, rules & regulations. * Ensure that the organization is conducting its business in accordance with applicable laws, rules & regulations and follows highest standards of business ethics. * Keep update with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization and taking appropriate measures thereof. * Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting to the respective authorities. * Generate and follow up on leads for refinance, green finance and project-based funding opportunities. * Develop and evaluate project financial models using Excel to assess structuring options. * Ensure timely submission of all internal and regulatory reports including those related to refinancing schemes, sustainbility assessments and green bond utilization. * Conduct comprehensive market research to indentify emerging trends, potential clients and lucrative business opportunities. * Develop and manage both B2B and B2C sales Channels. * Cultivate and sustain strong, long-lasting relationship with different organizations. * Maintain close contact and liaison with different business outlets and market platforms. |

| The incumbent should be a qualified at least 10 years of experience of which the last 05 years should be at a Business Development Officer /Manageril level. Requirements may be relaxed for well experienced candidates. Excellent presentation & communication skill in Bangla & English is required. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Computer literate/user with adequate working experience in MS office. |
