| * A Reputed Private Commercial Bank is looking for dynamic and self-driven candidate with strong quantitative aptitude and to enhance consumer business. * Collect Agent's profile & assist to brief Agent on his/her query. Also collaborate with Branch for Agent onboarding. * Popularize banking products and services under Agent Banking umbrella and educate channel partners. * Supervise and monitor Agent budget achievement. * Meet compliance & Agent network health checkup. * Assist & track channel complains and liaises with product management team. * Align with regional team for on-boarding and training new team members of Agent's. * Ensure visibility of Agent Banking initiatives POSMs through proper channel monitoring. * Entertain, escalate and resolve ongoing operational challenges and query. * Comply with regulatory guideline and ensure compliance fulfillment. * Ensure smooth business transition. |
