| * Sales force/producers recruitment process management & code allocation. * Producer information update on IDRA’s Agent License Online (ALO) module. * Maintaining liaison with IT Department to establish compatible software for Branch Service operations. * Providing necessary information as per need of producers. * Producers Commission payment management as per IDRA guidelines. * Prepare different types of Contest results & gift distribution as per contest Policy. * Producers & Branch office licensing & license renewal process. * Agent, Employer of Agent & Supervisors Bonus/Incentive payment management as per Company Sales Policy. * Provide training on Branch Service to new or promoted UM/BM to increase their work efficiency. * Prepare different types of reports as per management & regulatory requirements. |
