Job Responsibilities |
* Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and perform regular reconciliations. * Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records in compliance with accounting principles and regulations. * Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations. * Process payroll and maintain employee records related to compensation and benefits. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and production, to ensure accurate recording of expenses and inventory. * Assist in preparing tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits. * Monitor cash flow and manage cash disbursements and collections.Keep up to date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance. |
