Job Responsibilities |
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on logistics services (transportation, warehousing, distribution). * Identify and target large business clients with supply chain needs. * Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet revenue and client acquisition goals. * Maintain high-level relationships with corporate clients and provide customized logistics solutions. * Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and timely delivery. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategy accordingly. * Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. * Ensure CRM and reporting systems are updated regularly. |

Additional Requirements |
Age 35 to 45 years 7+ years of relevant experience in logistics sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of Bangladesh’s logistics ecosystem, including transportation networks and warehouse operations. Familiarity with freight forwarding is a plus. Exceptional communication, team leadership, and analytical skills. Proven success in B2B logistics sales and client management. |
