Job Responsibilities |
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for logistics services such as domestic transportation, 3PL warehousing, and international freight. * Promote end-to-end logistics packages including last-mile delivery, inventory control, and freight coordination. * Conduct B2B client meetings, presentations, and strategic sales negotiations to close deals and secure long-term partnerships. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely service execution and delivery. * Develop tailored quotations and service proposals based on client-specific needs. * Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit periodic performance and pipeline reports to management. * Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning. |

Additional Requirements |
Age 25 to 35 years 3 – 5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding (experience in client-facing roles preferred). Solid understanding of local and regional logistics and supply chain operations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. |
