Job Responsibilities |
* Sales Strategy & Execution: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. * Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base for Cattle & Fish Feed Sales. * Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders. * Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. * Team Leadership: * Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. * Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement. * Market Analysis: * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. * Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business development. * Budget & Forecasting: * Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and projections. * Ensure cost-effective sales operations while maximizing profitability. * Reporting & Compliance: * Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management. * Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. |
