| * Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales * Job Summary: * We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Sr. Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling projects within Dhaka City. This position requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to close deals efficiently. * Key Responsibilities: * Physically door-to-door visit for client hunting * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. * Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and conduct site visits. * Build and maintain relationships with clients and property investors. * Actively promote to prospective buyers. * Assist clients with the booking process and ensure the required documentation. * Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Collect and report customer feedback and market trends. |
