Job Context
Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a territory-based sales team.

* Analyze and track market trends, monitor competitor actions, and assess pricing dynamics.

* Engage in collaboration regarding regional campaigns, digital promotions, and loyalty programs.

* Onboard new dealers to strengthen market penetration and expand business reach in the region.

* Facilitate the mentorship and development of talent to enhance capabilities within the sales field.

* Execute regional sales strategies and collaborate with other departments to address sales challenges.

* Generate sales within the designated region and achieve the targets for volume, revenue, and profit margins.

* Engage in collaboration with the finance team to mitigate credit risk and address payment delays or disputes.

* Present comprehensive and timely sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights to the senior leadership team.

* Generate actionable insights by creating comprehensive sales reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

* Supervise the onboarding process, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to the operational standards of the organization.

* Consistently monitor the credit limits of dealers and their outstanding payments in accordance with the credit policies established by the company.

* Develop comprehensive business plans, accurate sales forecasts, and effective marketing strategies through the establishment of a network of dealers.

* Ensure regular and organized field visits throughout the assigned region to monitor market dynamics and engage directly with key dealers and customers.

* Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements
Age at most 50 years Maximum age 50 years; must have good physical fitness. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Good computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication. Experience Requirements: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in field sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the lubricants industry. Also, candidates with experience in the FMCG sector are welcome to apply.
