| * Monitor and analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs. * Generate performance dashboards and reports for management. * Collaborate with departments to understand performance trends and root causes. * Track and analyze the performance of employees using key performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare reports on performance analysis. * Recommend corrective actions for underperforming areas. * Manage reward programs through Performance Management Systems. * Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams. * Maintain data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems. * Visit all branches as required. * Any other task assigned by Management. |
