* Job Context * We are looking for interested candidates for this position who has proactive capability, initiative, drive, self-motivation, and experience in following sector to support our team and improve the organizational development. * Job Responsibilities * Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management. * To direct, control and manage overall administration department and its activities and report to Head Office in timely manner as well as follow up those activities. * Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law- 2006 as amended up to 2022 and up-to-date with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation. * Maintain proper coordination, communication with other Departments, Units and Head Office.· * Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law. * Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit. * Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization and Handle all kinds of protocol related works. * Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & HR issues. * Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct. * Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security. * Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency. * Able to handle/coordinate all types of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex/OCS/GRS/GOTS/INDITEX and other Certification Audits) in association with compliance department. * To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third-party social compliance audit. * Assess staff performance and provide coaching, guidance and counseling to ensure maximum efficiency. * Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions. * Dealing with all Admin issues, Attendance & Leave Management, Compensation/Benefits, Performance & Career Management i.e; conduct the performance appraisal for every employee of the company. * To co-ordinate and support to management team and department head. * Managing--Employees Health & Hygiene, Safety & Security; Employee and Labor-Management Relations. * To prepare orientation schedule for new employees. * To conduct training for workers and following up its improvement. To ensure efficient operation of security-- man & material, safety, hygiene and environment of the Installation. * To maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation. * Able to manage residential quarter, staff mess, maintenance/utility related works. * Maintain proper housekeeping on the floor and outside of the floor. * Any other assignment as per the decision of Management. |

Additional Requirements |
Age at most 42 years Experience in HR, Admin & Compliance in Garments industry will get preference. Strong knowledge of Labor law 2006, Labor Rules 2015 & Latest Amendment. Good interpersonal & communication skills. Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented. |
