We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing team. * As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and enhancing our brand presence in the market. * Responsibilities: * Actively generate leads and identify potential clients interested in real estate investments. * Conduct property viewings and present projects to prospective buyers, effectively highlighting features and benefits. * Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and persuasive communication. * Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, competitor activities, and industry trends. * Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation. * Participate in promotional activities, property expos, and other marketing events. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns. * Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and progress towards targets. |

| Experience:3-5 Years Of Proven Experience In Real Estate/Development Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development industry. Strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics in Dhaka,Or Other Cox's Bazar Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required. Fluency in Bengali and English is essential. |
