With a strong reputation for transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to meet growing market demand. * Join a company that values professional growth, teamwork, and excellence—where your success is rewarded with competitive incentives, career advancement, and a dynamic work environment. * Job Responsibilities * Sales & Business Development * Actively promote and sell residential plots, apartments, and hotel/resort shares to individual and corporate clients. * Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, referrals, corporate visits, social media, and networking events. * Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals efficiently. * Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company objectives. * Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to maximize conversions. * Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering suitable property solutions. * Provide after-sales support, including documentation assistance and follow-ups for customer satisfaction. * Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Market Research & Promotions * Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. * Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility. * Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline promotional campaigns. * Sales Process & Documentation * Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final booking and handover. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales agreements, payments, and legal documentation. * Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM system. * Reporting & Team Collaboration * Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management with performance insights. * Coordinate with the legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction processing. * Share market feedback with the management team to improve sales strategies. * Professional Development * Attend training sessions, workshops, and product knowledge programs to enhance sales skills. * Stay informed about new projects, pricing updates, and company policies. |
