Job Responsibilities |
* Channel Strategy & Planning: * Develop and implement the overall strategy for the showroom channel to meet sales, brand, and customer experience goals. * Align showroom objectives with broader commercial and marketing strategies. * Identify growth opportunities, including new showroom locations, formats, or experiential enhancements. * Sales & Performance Management: * Drive showroom sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. * Monitor KPIs including foot traffic, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction. * Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness. * Customer Experience & Brand Representation: * Ensure showrooms deliver a consistent, premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s identity. * Implement training programs to maintain high service standards. * Lead initiatives to create immersive, experiential showroom environments. * Team Leadership & Development: * Manage regional or national showroom teams, including showroom managers and staff. * Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support career development. * Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the channel. * Operational Oversight: * Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring smooth execution of logistics, inventory, visual merchandising, and maintenance. * Manage budgets and control operational costs. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and digital teams to ensure integrated customer journeys. * Work closely with HQ and other sales channels (e.g., online, wholesale) to create synergy and avoid channel conflict. * Market & Competitor Analysis: * Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior. * Use insights to inform strategic decisions, product placement, and showroom innovations. * Technology & Digital Integration: * Leverage digital tools to enhance the showroom experience (e.g., AR/VR, CRM systems, digital catalogs). * Support omnichannel initiatives like click-and-collect, in-store appointments, or virtual consultations. |
