| Job Responsibilities |
| * We are 100% Export-Oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic Manager to lead the Store Department in a Knit Garments Factory. * Job location will be Toke, Kapasia, Gazipur or Rupganj, Narayanganj. * Responsible for the total Store of the factory. * Maintaining & follow-up of stock register of all imported oriented items. * Ensure the requirements of all accessories meet the buyer`s demand. * Ensure all accessories are supplied to the factory according to consumption. * Maintaining of stock register of all local trims, accessories, stationery, and printing, etc. * Maintain all store areas in a safe and hygienic condition. * Maintain stock register of all imported machinery, spare parts & equipment. * Maintaining the order of ways swatch card/ trims card. * Prepared monthly stock statement report to related persons. * Maintaining all stock registers by the bin card system. * Face the annual inventory audit with the external & internal auditor. * Always ensure communication with suppliers. * Remaining accessories report to the management after shipment. * Maintaining all orders & buyers` ways after shipment closing report. * Any other tasks as assigned by the management. |

| Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Be able to cope with pressure, flexible, and adaptable. Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive. Well conversant with IT equipment. |
