| Job Responsibilities |
| * Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements. * Supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven garments (Top/Bottom/Jacket). * Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table. * Manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, inventory, and supply chain planning. * Co-ordinates with production team to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer. * Design packs/development sample process for relevant seasons/ phases. * Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation development follow-ups. * Price negotiation and cost finalization with customers. * Capacity allocations and production follow-ups. * Shipment process & customer communications. * Any other responsibilities assigned by the management. |
