Job Responsibilities |
* Must have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law – 2006 and Labor Rules-2015, Buyer COC, HR & Compliance and Policies, procedures & practices and its applications. * Conduct periodic Internal Assessment to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.Lead, coordinate, and support all activities of Social/Environmental compliance audit. * Responsible for all social and technical compliance certificates/audit like BSCI, SEDEX, Better Work, SLCP (Better Work), Higg FSLM and buyer COC audit. * Responsible for preparing CAP of all social compliance audit reports and communicating with the buyers and others. * Regular floor monitoring and resolve the noncompliance issues. * To follow-up awareness training on orientation, Labor Law, firefighting, first aid. Health and Safety, workers’ rights and responsibilities, motivational awareness etc. * Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene environment. Monitor day to day physical compliance. * Assess potential health hazards and propose measures to mitigate them. * Carry out any other activities assigned by the management/department Head. |
