Job Responsibilities |
* Candidates must have In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Manpower Budgeting Knowledge. * Look after HR operations, including grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management of factory. * Handle safety protocols, including machine safety, incident investigation, and PPE awareness. * Ensuring cleanliness and order inside and outside the workplace. * Reducing turnover & Absenteeism through employee motivation. * Handling harassment cases with zero tolerance and providing grievance counseling and excellent counseling knowledge. * Handle the various audit for supporting HR related documents. * Handle the payroll software ( Jibika) |
