| * 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 * As Senior UI/UX Designer, you are responsible for leading the design of user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, ensuring they are both functional and user-friendly. In this role, you will conduct and lead user research, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, intuitive products. * 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 * 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to understand user needs and behaviors. * 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. * 𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts. * 𝗨𝗜 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. * 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs. * 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Mentor junior designers, guide them in their work, and contribute to the overall design vision. * 𝗨𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics. * 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Ensure designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. * 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱: Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. * 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms. * 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Effectively communicate design concepts, rationale, and research findings to stakeholders. |

| Age 24 to 35 years Alternatively, a strong design portfolio can substitute for a formal degree. Proven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for ERP or SaaS products. Proficiency in Figma (preferable), Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX tools. Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and responsive UI design. Experience conducting user research, including interviews and usability testing, and analyzing test results to drive design improvements. Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail in layout, typography, color theory, interaction, and consistency. Portfolio showcasing UI work and basic UX thinking. Has expertise in industry-relevant AI tools. |
