Job Responsibilities |
* Strategic Marketing: * Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives. * Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. * Manage the brand’s positioning, voice, and identity across all platforms. * Sales Growth: * Set and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. * Drive business growth through partnerships, collaborations, and B2B opportunities. * Identify new sales channels and market segments to expand the customer base. * Digital Marketing: * Oversee social media, email campaigns, and website performance. * Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). * Enhance e-commerce performance by improving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention rates. * Retail & Trade Marketing: * Collaborate with retail teams to enhance in-store promotions and visual merchandising. * Develop and implement trade marketing programs to strengthen relationships with channel partners. * Team Leadership: * Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. * Customer Engagement: * Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized marketing and CRM strategies. * Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product and service improvements. * Budget Management: * Prepare and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales activities. * Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI. * Age 40 to 50 years * Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). * Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. * Willingness to travel frequently for business development and client meetings. * Candidates working with local clothing brands will be given top priority. |
