Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Design and configure scalable IP telephony systems, including SIP solutions, VoIP gateways, and PBX systems * Lead technical teams in deploying and supporting IPTSP solutions and handle escalated support issues * Foster team growth through skill development and a collaborative environment.4. Collaborate with network engineers for seamless integration and QoS optimization for voice traffic * Act as the main technical point for customers, addressing requirements and providing consultations * Deliver presentations, demos, and training on IPTSP solutions * Manage vendor & stakeholder’s relationships, procure resources, and ensure compliance with contracts * Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard systems from vulnerabilities and fraud * Evaluate new technologies to enhance services and support sales teams in proposing technical solutions * Age at least 32 years * • Proficient in telephony protocols (SIP, RTP, QoS) * • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities * • Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills * • Skilled in project management and multitasking * • Knowledgeable in VoIP security, fraud prevention, and telecom compliance |
