| * Make outbound calls and emails to clients in Australia. * Meet daily call and sales target * Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner * Follow up on online sales and track orders until delivery completion * Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to relevant team members * Proficient in spoken English is a must-have skill * Good English typing speed is a good-to-have skill * Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure * Willingness to work on Fridays and public holidays * Australian Accent will be a plus * Working hours: 6 AM to 2 PM (Mon-Fri) |
