| Job Responsibilities |
| * Visit potential dealers to collect sales orders and ensure target achievement. * Identify and approach potential dealers to create new business opportunities and expand market reach. * Promote cattle feed and achieve sales targets as per business plan. * Provide necessary support to farmers and address their concerns effectively. * Gather and report competitor activities, including policies, offers, and strategies, to facilitate informed decision-making. * To support management's strategic planning, and provide feedback on market trends and the cattle/fish feed industry. * Monitor the progress of new products and share market feedback with supervisors. * Address and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. * Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. * Age at least 35 years * 8 to 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in Cattle and Fish feed. |
