| * Job Description: * We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Support .NET C# Software Support Engineer to join our team. * The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in .NET and C# development,with a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing applications. * This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of software systems. * Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for existing .NET applications, resolving issues and minimizing downtime. * Analyze and debug C# code to identify root causes of application issues. * Write and execute SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.Modify Complex SQL Query with optimize way. * Collaborate with the development team to implement bug fixes and performance improvements. * Document issues, resolutions, and changes to improve team knowledge. * Interact with end-users and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.Skills and Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in .NET and C# development, WCF Desktop Application. * Proficiency in OOP, .NET, and related frameworks. * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. * Ability to write/debug complex SQL queries. * Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. * Reporting tools Crystal Report, SSRS, RDLC . * Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. * Experience using debugging tools and techniques to identify application issues. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Age 24 to 32 years * Experience in hospital is preferred. |
