| Job Responsibilities |
| * Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering queries. * Informing customers about bank’s products and services. * Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete. * Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. * Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in the bank vault. * Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance. * Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner. * Using software to track bank information and generate reports. * Following bank’s all financial, security regulations and procedures. * Working knowledge of BACH, BEFTN, RTGS. * Check Balance of cash daily before closing of vault. * Maintenance of various register related to cash. * Timely preparation of CTR, STR, torn note, AML and other works related to Cash Department. * Proper maintenance of locker. * Job Level: Entry Level * Age 28 to 40 years * Good understanding of the needs of customers. * Multitasking orientation. * Cash handling experience and on-the-job training are required. * Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills. * Basic math and sound computer literacy. * High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy. * Good behavior and mannerism will be treated as additional quality. * Good communication skill both in Bangla and English. |
