| Job Responsibilities |
| * Attending Phone calls and maintain call log. * Should be able to handle visitors in a proper and polite manners. * Receiving customer queries and forwarding to concern department. * Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database. * Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics. * Provide product information to the customer * High on energy and enthusiastic to ensure quality of service to our customers * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. * Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures * Develop and maintain close relationship with both existing and potential customers. * Ask questions to understand customer requirements and provide them information about the resolution of the same / close files. * Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority. * Organize and attend outdoor business meeting when necessary. * Age 18 to 30 years * Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages. * Must have computer knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and be capable to use Company ERP software * Problem solving mindset commitment to continuous learning * Computer skill * Customer Relationship Management (CRM) * Good communication skill. |
