| Job Responsibilities |
| * Entering financial transactions in ERP software and maintaining accurate record * Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers and General Ledger * Properly maintain petty cash and update daily accounts related records manually & Accounting software * Ensure bills and voucher checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline * Ensure proper records of all business transaction Vouchers * Expertise in vendor payment related VAT and Tax issues * Processing operational and construction bills, ensuring compliance with company-established policies. VAT & Tax laws and other applicable laws in Bangladesh and ensure deposit Govt. treasury monthly * Preparation Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements and ensuring compliance with international Financial Reporting Standards and other applicable laws and regulations * Preparing management reports and other financial documents for informed management decision-making * Providing support during internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Preparation of Monthly budgets and Variance Analysis * Preparing regular reconciliations, including bank, vendor, sales/collection, and intercompany * Prepare Bank/deposit Reconciliation of all Bank accounts to solve query from concerned authorities * Salary Tax Returns u/s 108, 108A etc * Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annual Tax & VAT Returs and documentations * Calculation TDS & VDS for Supply bill Payment * Prepare Withholding TAX Return u/s 75A * Age 26 to 32 years |
