| * Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited, a leading Islami Shariah based 4th generation life insurance company is searching for a competent accounting professional for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to proficiently oversee and control the strategic and internal financial affairs of the Company. This is a senior management position in the company, who will report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of the Company. * Responsibilities & Context: * Develop and execute financial strategies, goals, and policies. * Provide strategic financial leadership to the ManCom and Board. * Analyze financial trends and support decision-making with insights. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders. * Optimize capital structure, cash flow, and investment decisions. * Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness. * Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. * Collaborate with regulatory bodies (IDRA, NBR, RJSC, BIDA, BSEC) and financial institutions. * Maintain investor relations and liaise with auditors and financial partners. |
