Job Context |
Job Responsibilities |
* Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control * Execute journal entries as per receipt * Monitor the collection of due payments * Prepare and verify bills/vouchers for vendors and other expenses * Prepare and maintain fixed assets register * Prepare the cash and bank book * Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management * Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements * Perform any other assignment given by the management. * Must have Some knowledge about VAT and Income taxes * Prepare VAT Challan, Record Maintain * Petty Cash Maintenance * Maintain general ledger, bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records; * Prepare bill, and credit realization, field visit (If necessary). * Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation. * Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word). * Proficiency in Accounting Software & ERP. |
