| * Instruct & implement the machine layout along with right manpower and attachment. * Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee. * Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures. * Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and Costing. * Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring. * Non-productive time calculation. * Report to the superiors. * Coordinate with Sample team, Merchandising team and Production team & related job. * Develop processes to resolve production problems and minimize the production cost. * Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity. * Identify best performers and award incentive to deserving workers. * Any others job assigned by management. |
