It is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop in one of the fastest growing companies in the education sector and student recruitment industry! * What you'll do: * Prepare Mock tests on a regular basis. * Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program. * Develop and prepare updated lesson plans and standard course syllabus. * Conducting and Invigilating IELTS Mock test. * Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning. * Conducting IELTS Live Sessions through Social media platform. * Generate development ideas for IELTS course. * Creating and evaluating all test papers for the candidates within a given time frame. * Conduct counseling sessions to enhance motivation and boost the performance of the candidates. * Maintaining and updating the Training Cohort Datasheets. * Regular feedback and one-to-one discussions to assess the needs of students. * Develop and explain methods that fairly measure student progress toward obtaining their desired score. |
