Job Responsibilities |
* Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. * Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accurate guest records. * Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s booking system. * Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. * Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department. * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. * Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records. * Maintain a neat and organized front desk area. * Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions. * Assist in managing guest feedbacks and reviews for continuous service improvement. |

Additional Requirements |
Age 27 to 35 years • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/ BBA/or a related field preferred. • 3-4 years of experience in front desk & customer service department in the same industry is a must • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle stressful situations. • Professional appearance and a positive attitude. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. |
