* Harnest (Trims & Accessories manufacturing Company) is seeking a dynamic and results driven Manager - HR, Admin & Compliance who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources, Administration and Compliance departments. This position plays a crucial role in managing HR functions such as recruitment, training and employee relations, while also be in charge of streamlining administrative tasks, HR policies and smooth HR functioning and ensuring smooth office operations. * Key Responsibilities * Human Resources * Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts by identifying staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process * Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contract for employee concerns, conflicts, & grievances. Foster a positive work environment and maintain employee engagement through effective communication and conflict resolution. * Performance Management: Oversee employee evaluations, support managers with performance appraisals and provide guidance on employee development plans. * Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate with department heads to implement training programs for employees. Promote continuous professional development. * Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits and compensation policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards. * Administration * Office Management: Oversee day to day office operations, including facilities, office supplies and equipment maintenance. * Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, legal documents and equipment maintenance. * Support Functions: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed. Manage internal communication and scheduling of meetings/events * Health & Safety: Monitor and implement health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees. * Compliance * Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local, regional, and national laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing, labor and environmental practices. Ensure the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements. * Policy Development: Develop and implement company policies and procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices, particularly in areas such as labor laws, environmental impact, and workplace safety. * Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess the company’s compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations. * Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to government agencies, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders as required. Ensure all necessary documentation is filled timely and accurately. * Risk Management: Identify areas of potential risks and work proactively to mitigate them. |
