| Job Responsibilities |
| * Manage product development from concept to sample approval for renowned buyer. * Communicate effectively with the buyer to understand their requirements, ensuring all standards are met. * Coordinate with the design, sourcing, and production teams to develop products in line with buyer specifications. * Monitor raw material sourcing, trims, and accessories to meet design and quality expectations. * Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including T&A (Time & Action) plans, development trackers, and cost sheets. * Ensure samples are prepared and delivered within agreed timelines. * Work closely with the QA team to ensure all products meet renowned buyer quality standards. * Stay updated on the latest market trends and materials relevant to the buyer's expectations. * Address and resolve any issues related to product development promptly. |

| Experienced in similar role in reputed denim manufacturing unit/s. Strong understanding of product development processes, fabrics, and trims. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. |
