| * Act as the primary point of contact between the company and buyer, ensuring all requirements are met promptly and professionally. * Manage and oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including order follow-up, production planning, and shipment schedules. * Ensure product quality, pricing, and delivery meet the buyer's expectations and standards. * Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency. * Monitor market trends, fashion forecasts, and competitor strategies to align product development with buyer preferences. * Handle costing and pricing negotiations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness. * Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with buyer requirements. * Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and buyer reviews. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product development, production, and shipments. |
