| Job Responsibilities |
| * Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation. * Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin & Security issues. * Responsible for overseeing the entire Safety and Security system. * Develop and update the security system to maintain a safe work environment. * To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises. * Effective execution of administrative functions. * Resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner. Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security. * Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism. * To ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office premises. * To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts. * Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol. * To lead, appraise and train the security personnel and follow up on the third party's security service deployed in different posts. * To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management time to time. * To maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety. * The applicants should have work experience in RMG industry and security service provider handling with large number of security personnel. * Have to take part in Crisis Management and Close Protection to the VIPPreventing and defecting offense on site and monitor the CCTV camera systems. * Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time. |

| Age 40 to 50 years Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali. Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates, Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame. Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills. Has to be smart, energetic and enthusiastic. |
