| Job Responsibilities |
| * To direct operator for skills development. * Hourly production follow-up. * Work in progress report. * Ability to make production efficiency report. * Model wise re-conciliation report making. * Ability to make scrap cost report. * Must has knowledge about fabric way knowledge (top/In-side). * Clear idea about cutting part identification idea and management system. * The candidate must know process layout. * Line balancing with operating ratio. * Idea about basic mechanism of sewing machine. * Identify machine related defects and basic machine adjustment. * Clear idea about sewing allowance, back stitch, defect analysis and report with standard countermeasure. |

| Age 22 to 30 years Leadership skill to manage operator line allocation. Ability to inspire and motivation skill the operator. Must able to operating sewing machine. Basic sewing knowledge. Work experience in garments, apparel (jeans/jacket)/bag industry. Candidate must have experience in similar position. Candidate should have sound knowledge on computer operations ( MS Word, Excel, Power Point) |
