| Job Responsibilities |
| * Handling buyers & buying house independently. * Communication/Correspondence with buyers/buying houses and responding their mails. * Supervising a team of merchandisers. * Sourcing of all raw materials needed for production on time. * Ensuring all the raw materials is available well before PCD. * Coordinating with fabric/accessories suppliers to ensure order as per specifications. * Achievement of KPIs: Units, revenue, margins, % returns, market share etc. * Influence exports plan of the company aligns with strategy of focusing revenues from sales and other identified strategic product categories. * Coordinating with production team on regular basis. * Processing & execution of orders from sampling to dispatch. * TNA follow up * Preparation and verification of Cost reconciliation report after completion of each order. * Shipment performance and reject control. * Submit management reports on accounts performance. * Coordinating with other departments to ensure on-time shipment and 100% quality approval. |
